I have dealt with Realtors before, but Cory Lauer is by far the best Realtor that I have ever met. When I was first tasked with selling my mothers home, I knew that it was going to be an arduous task with my living 1,300 miles away. But after speaking with Cory I was confident he would be able to help me through the whole process. The house was in shambles. The yard was overgrown with weeds. You could not see the front of the house, patio, or driveway because of the overgrowth. Boy, it was a mess! Inside the house was even worse. Cory took it in stride, he told me to calm down, that he could take care of everything. And he did. He brought in yard people, and an HVAC repair person, a cleaning crew, organized the donation of unwanted furniture, toys, and other items for people who could use them. He coordinated with my lawyers on all of the closing details. He honestly did so many other things that were way beyond the scope of what you would normally expect from a Realtor. I truly believe that Cory Lauer was a godsend. Although there were difficult situations along the way, like the air conditioner totally failing on the day before closing, Cory always found a great solution to the problems. His staff are terrific, they helped keep me in the loop on everything that was going on and answered all of my questions as soon as I asked them.
