Tera Coover

Tera Coover moved to SWFL from Columbus, Ohio in the mid-80's. After high school graduation she returned to her home state to attend Muskingum University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business. Tera's real passion, after her family, is non-profit work. For 8 years Tera and her husband owned a construction company in SWFL, which led them into establishing a 501(c)3 focused on disaster relief and community building. Through this non-profit her family has been able to travel all over the USA and abroad.
Since settling down in Fort Myers to allow her children to have a "normal" high school experience vs. homeschooling on the road, Tera has been able to focus on her business “Simple Solutions for Listings.” She has become very specialized in real estate listings. She executes the full scope of creating and placing new listings on the MLS for The Cory Lauer Group. Her scope of work ranges from professional photography, including drone photos, to writing descriptions and property data entry. Her favorite part of being a listing specialist is hearing seller's stories and helping them with their goal to relocate.
